 Q: I ordered a 2025 Fontaines DC Jersey, when will it be shipped?

Q: Can I call to your store to collect my 2025 Fontaines DC Jersey?

A: .It is not possible to collect online orders from our store.  We are working very hard to ship limited stock as quickly as possible in order of date received.

Q: Will I receive my order in time for Christmas?

A: As of December 20th, if you have not already received by email a DHL tracking number, then unfortunately the likelihood of your order reaching you by Christmas, is very slim.  DHL are delivering up to 1pm on Christmas Eve.

Q: Why haven't I received a confirmation email for my order yet?

A:  These emails can sometimes end up in your spam or junk folders, so please check there first.   If you don't find it, please email store@bohemians.ie with your name and delivery address, and we will assist in locating your order details.

Q: Can I edit my order after it has been placed:

A:  We cannot make any amendments/cancellations once an order has been confirmed. This includes editing an address, refunding multiple delivery fees or amending sizes/colours.  However, if your order has not been processed at our warehouse we may be able to cancel - please contact us at store@bohemians.ie immediately if you wish to cancel your order and we will do our best to assist.  During busy periods this may not always be possible.

Q:  How long does delivery take for in stock items?

A:  Once you have placed your order, you will be sent an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email with your DHL tracking number.  If you have received a DHL tracking number, this means your order has been processed and is on the way with delivery time of 1-2 days. Please note live tracking is only possible when your package is scanned at the DHL depot

We also use An Post for small items like keyrings and badges etc - these packages are not tracked but usually arrive within a couple of days depending on your location

 Q: Can I return items purchased online in-store?

 A: Yes, our store is open at the address above and as per the hours listed above. We accept returns from online purchases for exchange or refund in line with our returns policy.  Please see here:

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?

A: Once your returned item is received back with us safely, we will process your refund and you will be emailed to confirm.  Refunds can take up to 3-5  working days to appear back in your account.
